WHAT TO DO FOR MY SWEET SIXTEEN.?

Question

at first I thought about having a party at a community center but scratch that, they're all booked. 
and I can't rent a hotel, i'm too young.
i can't do a party at my house either cuz it's too small and my parents would freak if they see us drinking.
I was thinking spa and sleepover but that's something I do for a regular bday. 
so please guys, HELP. I need ideassss!!!
Oh btw, I live in Canada, and my birthday is in January so snow and cold.

well okay why don't you something like Alice in the wonderland theme sweet sixteen , like your not to young to rent a hotel room. you just rent it for a day, and all the girls at the end can sleep over && the boys have to leave at a certain time. have a lot of food, good music, and the rest will fun. it'll be like a dancing/fairy tale theme birthday party. my friend had a sweet sixteen like that and sooo much people had fun :)
