That wouldn't help.
Consult a bankruptcy attorney first. Bankruptcy is more of a delaying tactic, and recent laws have tightened the noose a bit, making it much harder to qualify.

No the best way is to buy a safe and put all the money in it. I would also look into not filling at all. Been there and done it. Look into every option before going ahead with it..Good luck...
