Find the slope of the line determined by the following equation.?

x=5-y/4

Could someone show me how to find slope?

    The basic equation is y=mx+b

    so you have to make it a function of y.

    soooo subtract five so you get...

    x-5=-y/4

    then multiply everything times -4

    -4x+20=y or y=-4x+20

    and your slope is -4/1 (:
