Made by Aria in Japan in the early 70's, your basic steel string dreadnought. This was not a time when Japan was producing quality guitars so this is not a particularly valuable guitar.

if you are thinking of buying one, PLAY it first
those guitars had a tendency to have "neck pitch" troubles, (high string action)
and many of them are almost impossible to play
a very average beginner's guitar

Good for classical style.
Don't buy it in less you have played it.
