I am throwing a baby shower for my preachers wife.?

I was looking for some decoration ideas. she does not like balloons so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas? the party is n 3 weeks.HELP please.

    I attended a book baby shower a while back...all the centerpieces and decorations were childrens books.Some of the books came with little stuffed animals and they had those sitting out and around. Instead of giveing cards everyone sighned a book useing that as a card. the mother kept all the books
