HELP! What should I buy for three ladies as a thank you gift for helping with college?

I worked for these three ladies in the hospitality office at my school for a few years. They helped me while I was a student, SO MANY TIMES! They were like my moms at school. I want to get them something that says thank you and is personal. PLEASE HELP!
