Can't reinstall Windows (press any key to boot from cd)?

I can't reinstall windows because apparently USB legacy support isnt enabled for my usb keyboard, so when it says press any key i press keys and nothing happens. you need to go to BIOS to enable usb legacy support, and to go into BIOS you need to press keys as well! therefore, i cant access BIOS to enable USB, so I cant reinstall my corrupt windows!

i tried a program called Plop boot manager, but it cant install on my HD for some unknown error!

please help!

You can buy an adapter that allows you to plug your keyboard into the standard ps/2 port in the back of your computer, you could just borrow a ps/2 keyboard from a friend or family member.

    this will explain ps/2:

Try restarting your computer with your windows disk in your CD or DVD drive. It will start to install but will not show the normal screen it does on installation. On this you have to keep an eye on the installation.
