What is your opinion about McDonald's employees?
I work here and if I know what people think, maybe I can improve on customer satisfaction. And I really just want to know.

Some are nice, some are just plain rude.
Most are ok though.

Just like every other facet of life, there are always going to be great employees and others that aren't so wonderful. Unfortunately it is a fact of human nature. Everyone can receive the same training, work for the same boss and still react to customers in very different ways.
I applaud you for trying to improve customer satisfaction - hopefully by modeling the way, you can have a positive impact on your fellow employees.

I don't think anything in particular unless the employee is really rude. I understand that many people have bad days and I overlook that. But if an employee says EVERYTHING with an attitude then it annoys me and not because they work at McDonald's but just because they are being rude to me for no reason. Just be friendly and I don't think anyone will think anything of you.

The last time I was in a Maccas, the staff appeared to be wishing they were somewhere else and appeared to resent me intruding on what must have been their inactive period, between end of lunch service and after school service.
Needless to say I don't think I will be going back.

McDonald's needs to hold a class in English for their employees. It doesn't matter what state or town (big or small) I always get an employee who barely speaks or understands what I'm saying.

It's just like anywhere, some people are really nice, others are rude.
The fact that you ask the question shows that you DO care. I'm sure you're doing a great job.

Give them credit. Good company, good training and people get ahead. Having McD experience is a big plus when some employer asks, what'd you do after high school.

Where I live (TX) They are VERY rude! They never get the order right and they throw **** together and call it food. I never go there anymore. Plus the food is terrible for you EEK!

They are mostly people who either have no chance at ever getting a real job or they are special education people. (nothing wrong with that)
