personally i like the first one better, but the second one has this whole Cleopatra thing going on, and that's cool too. look at the necklaces she wears now, are they mostly gold or silver, detailed or plain, thin or thick chained. base your choice on that

depends on her personal taste. i just have a little suggestion for you though. go check out www.etsy.com and do a search for heart pendants. i guarantee you will find the most amazingly unique pieces that your lady will freak over. seriously, check it out, the selection of jewelry is awesome!!
