What macros do you good prot wars use for pve?
I'll be getting back in WoW soon, and i want to become a better tank. Im an undead Prot War, as you most likely guessed from the title...anywho, I dont really use macros, except for one, which isnt even that big a deal, so im just looking for some pretty good tanks to share their macros to help a fellow tank out
Also if ya can throw in which addons you use, that would be appreciated
As well as Enchants, i havnt played since October so i wanna jot everythin down to know wat i gotta fix up on my guy now that 3.3 is up

Update.
Get defence capped and gem EVERYTHING stam.
Make sure your meta is the one that give 5% extra armer value.
For enchants, get stam, and for back get agi.
For addons go to this link, but mainly you need aggro meter, and something to tell you when to shield slam. Just look around that site.
