some help with this diamond BT team por favor?

Well im just looking for some help to see if this team has potential to go far in the Battle Tower before i waste time with EV training n wat not...the title would be "help with platinum BT team..but the copy is messed up and i gotta get the refund...not like thats of any importantce here, anyway here it is:

Gengar @ Focus Sash Nature:Timid 6 Hp / 252 Spe / 252 SpA

Shadow Ball

Energy Ball

Thunderbolt

Destiny Bond/Focus Blast/some other move

ill lead with Gengar, with some good coverage, D-bond is there to take whatever kills me down as well.

Scizor @ Life Orb/not sure Nature:Adamant Technician ability 6 Hp / 252 Spe / 252 Att

Bullet punch

X-Scissor / U-Turn if a Choice item is suggested

Scizor is for some more coverage of course, and because everything that hits Gengar for super effective is resisted by him. Aerial Ace is mainly for those dam Toxic Double teamers.

Garchomp is to deal with electric types, switch in on thunder waves n wat not, and cuz hes pretty strong. However, i have someone else in mind:

Hes to come in on any fire attacks thatll threaten scizor as he actually resists it as opposed to garchomp. and gengar can come in on any fight attacks thatll smoke t-tar. One thing i can think of thatll be problematic is Gliscor, as i have no water or ice moves, unless i give t-tar ice fang. i only have 1 Life Orb btw =/
