Who sings this song (On My Way)?

Over the Christmas holiday there were several free music downloads that bands were doing to promote their music and albums. There is one song I downloaded and only have the name of it and so don't know what band sings it. I've tried looking up some of the lyrics. Anyone know? Here are some of the lyrics (at least what my ears catch.)
