Hit me up with some good indie rap bands?

Question

Hey! I recently was not a fan of hip-hop, but then i realized I have just made a bias judgement on it, soley based on what general media publicizes.

I recently checked out some tightt *** bands!.  MF DOOM, such a unique eccentric band, and i checked out other bands like Cannibal Ox, Aesop Rock, and SUCH a sick band called El-P

Anyways, im new in the genre! Give me some rap advice, recommend some dope indie rap bands to me:)

Its kinda funny to hear you call El-P, Aesop and MF DOOM a "band".. But check out CYNE*, Binary Star, Deltron 3030, Black Star* (Mos Def + Talib Kweli, also great solo artists), Atmosphere, Tribe Called Quest, The Roots (not indie, not really mainstream either, but an actual band), People Under The Stairs*, Asheru, Ugly Duckling, Lupe Fiasco* (not indie, great nonetheless), Giant Panda, and so on and so on.

If you like MF DOOM, check out all his aliases (Madvillain, Viktor Vaughn, Danger Doom, King Geedorah, and Metal Fingers)
