websites for soaps for people out of UK?

hey does anyone know any websites where someone from outside the UK can watch soaps because iplayer only works for UK people. i am from the UK but im asking on behalf of a friend.so does anyone know any websites?

    you can usually watch it on the soaps website, although if it is a BBC soap (e.g. eastenders) then it will be connected to iplayer...you can watch most episodes on youtube if they are popular soaps or if the country has BBC..e.g BBC America then it is repeated on that, about a week behind i think but i know they show it x
