How bad are the commentators of this Australian Open? (espn2)?

I know!!!!! Sometimes I am so tempted to watch the matches on mute. They aren't commentators they are more like State the obvious guys! And they always have to say the whole thing they were going to say even if that means talking whilst the player is serving.

We don't care about what they had for lunch or what they think the players favourite days are, we just want to watch the tennis!!!!!!

There's some stinkers in the bunch. I don't mind the usual suspects: Brad Gilbert, Patrick McEnroe, Mary Jo Fernandez. And Pam Shriver and Mary Carrillo always have something interesting to say.

But the blonde woman sitting at the desk knows as much about tennis as the desk she's sitting behind. There's also a guy that introduces and narrates the "artsy" pieces who has a very strange-looking mouth that creeps me out.

And how unprofessional & irritating Henri Leconte is? Offers no analysis of the game, snorts & giggles while he states the obvious, souding like any backyard sports get-together. Did anyone notice how partial he was to tsongas?

Bring back Martina Navratilova, with her sharp & brutally honest comments, does not pander to the populist views!

Enh, it depebds, I just ahte how they pick on a couple of players that they dont like but they say like THE best stuff about the americaaannnsss and onky show their interviews. Sum i like sum i hate.

The new blonde chicks stuttering like crazy. And they ask the most annoying/obvious questions. When the were interviewing Marin about his win, they asked " Are you proud of yourself?" what the heck? of course he was, and just minutes before he said that he was happy and thought he played really well....

Mary Carrillo can go. She never has anything really constructive to say. And the voice who does the montages, Cliff Drysdale? Might have spelled his name wrong, but I think that's him. I like him.
