Bought walmart money card, didn't open it up, found out $3 charge per month, what happens when money card goes to zero? Who will pay the $3 a month fee. Went to bring it back, told me where to go, meaning no returns

The same thing happened to me, I called the tip line and told them what for, http://www.walmartmoneycard.com/ and you can find the number. In any case, they told me that
once there is no money on the card you don;t get charged.
I closed the account just in case. I really recommend you call them and be very firm and explain the whole thing...

Most all of them will charge you a fee. Most only wave the fee if you use a ATM that is the same company as the card. Such as one from a bank
