need a recipe involving raisins?
I want to make chocolate covered raisins and want to know if anyone has a recipe they can share also maybe a recipe for chocolate covered peanuts and cherries... thank you so much

get a bar of good quality chocolate ( dark is best- 70 % cocoa) or use milk choc and break into chunks. Heat a pan of water and place a bowl on top when the water is simmering so the bowl rests on the top of the pan. Add the chocolate and stir gently until it is evenly melted. Then , grab your raisins and coat each one in the chocolate and lay them all on a baking tray lined with greasproof paper. Put them in the fridge for an hour or 2 until set hard. Just do the same thing but with peanuts and cherries =D
