What can I do about my painful jaw?
I have a sore jaw and it's on the right cheek. I also have this knot right next to my ear where my ear and jaw align. The only thing that makes the pain go away is tylenol and acetaminophen.
I think it's because I grinde my teeth at night, but i wonder what that know is? Woudl anyone know? Help please! Oh yea, and I will be going to the dentist, i just need tips to try and ease the pain for now.
P.S. i tried a mouth guard but woke up in the middle of the night to the pain feeling really really bad!

take a sleeping pill and see a dentist very soon you probably have infection If nothing else go to a dr or emergency room Or maybe take 4 tylenol
