My Refrigerator~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I have a GE Profile 13-year old fridge and the freezer is leaking on the inside due to the ice make I think. It is still cold, but not cold enough to freeze. It is fridge-like cold.
Do you think I should get it fixed or buy a new fridge. If you think I should buy a new one, let me know of any good brands you have tried and loved and that work well. Thanks everybody!

you should unplug it for several hours ( 6 hours should do it)and let i defrost "inside" where you cant see the ice build up.
Very common problem and that is how you fix it, by unplugging it from the wall and let the ice melt..
Also, it can be caused by dirty coils.
look under or behind the fridge to find the coils. if they have a lot of lint on them it will cause this problem.

Before doing anything drastic, unplug it and open the door for at least two days. It may be the kind that has the coils in the back of the cooller compartment and uses a fan to circulate the air. If that gets frozen solid. the air can't flow through the coils . If it is frozen solid it takes a long time to thaw because the air can't flow through it.

First make sure the vent is clear and the setting is on a high number.
Most any brand is fine. Look for sales and buy the cheapest one that has the size and features you want.
