For the record, my favorites rapper is constantly changing, I can't even tell you who my favorite is right now. I might say GZA, then he does make the top 10 GOAT.

its all nothing but preference. anybodys GOAT list is biased and not really based on anything but preference. like who came up with this official GOAT list? a couple people? the hip hop high command?
Nas is my number one for both.
