I believe Biggie could rap circles ( words, flow, and delivery) around 2pac, but Pac could put his heart on song better than anyone else and I not talking about the Gangsta pac stuff that he started more in the DEATH ROW Records years. Pac was never rappin about ridin on his enemies until DEATH ROW but that the Gangsta pac that was a hard *** mofo.
