in the highly strung music video (orianthi and steve vai) what is orianthi using in the beggining (that big blackish thing i like the sound it made), and then if you continue watching at one point ori and steve do something with there pick, i think its pick scraping am i right

    Stop asking the same question over and over again. The black thing really doesn't do much different than using a pick like a normal Steve Vai would.
