Scottish Highers Question?

Hi i'm inquiring about the Scottish Highers. I heard teachers says that the Scottish higher system is going to be canceled , is this true? If it is what is it replaced by? and when is it going to be replaced?

    There has been talk of standard grades and highers being replaced. However this won't happen for years so you probably won't be affected if you're in high school. Especially if you're in 3rd year or above.

    Its not going to be canceled. My mums head teacher at a secondary school.
