I've had a headache/other pains for a week, what is it?

Question

I have been having headaches on the right side of my head for about a week. The headaches also include pressure behind my right eye and just below my eye (like my cheekbone area) and the right side of my neck is sore (like the muscles or tendons or whatever is in there is sore).

[The neck thing might just be from sleeping weird but I thought I'd mention it just in case it isn't.] 

I've been taking aspirin to kill the pain but of course it only helps for a little while. Does anyone know what's wrong with me? Should I be worried?

It sounds like your sinus' are messed up
What weather will do to you
Go to the doc to get antibiotics

I've had these before too...try not to worry. Have you been stressed or not getting enough sleep? Another reason could be caffeine withdrawal or sinus problems.
