I fell down the stairs backwards, and my lower back near my bum hurts?
yea so i fell down the stairs and it doesn't hurt too much, like i can sit down normally, and it won't hurt, its just when i run for a long time or bend down it will have a slight pain. Like pain for 1 or 2 seconds but i hate it. It just happened like two days ago. What should i do. Any home remedies or anything or excersices i can do? Please and THAnk you

be careful that you didn't chip a bone. otherwise, it's probably just your tailbone that is bothering you. try icing it as you would a back injury.

I have had two bad falls since being pregnant with this child. On time I fell on my butt down 3 stairs while holding my 12 month old son. The second time I fell was just a few days ago. I slipped on a wet rug and fell face first onto the ground. I ended up landing on my right knee and elbow and then eventually onto my stomach. Scared me to death ... but I knew from falling last time that if I monitored the baby's movements and monitored my injuries and neither posed a problem, I would be okay. My daughter started moving around about an hour later and hasn't stopped. She actually has dropped since the fall. I personally don't think you hurt the baby much but if you truly worried, contact your doctor and have her/him check the heartbeat or do an ultrasound.
