what breakfast option seems the healthiest?

option #1

1cup Shredded Wheat (wheat n' bran) 1Tbs of peanut butter 1 Banana and 1/2c. fat free milk and maybe 1/4c cottage chz ( sometimes i put a little honey on cereal)

2 eggs scrambled with one piece of cheddar cheese and tomatoes and two pieces whole wheat toast and a glass of fat free skim milk

opt 3#

2 pieces whole grain toast with 1TBS peanut butter and a little Fruit Preserves and 1 banana and a glass of milk and 1/4c cottage chz?

any other healthy breakfast ideas? im on a meal plan to maintain weight so it has to be kind of balanced with all food groups

    I think option 1 would be the healthiest, but I would eat option 2 or similar at least twice aweek, especially if I was anticipating a lot of exertion.

    Option #1. Make sure the cottage cheese is low fat.

    ... I like option #2 ... they all sound good though-mix it up with all 3 ...
