First look into your works policy on inner office dating. Some places forbid it and its grounds for termination.

After that, think about the fall out should you two end up splitting ways.

But if you think neither of those two things would hinder your future success, then go for it and have fun!

Umm...that's a hard one. by means of fact i understand some men are only friendly like that and a few men do issues like that as a fashion of flirting. you will would desire to spend greater time around him to tell if he does different issues that instruct affection. Like hugging you continuously, looking into your eyes, and different indications of love. I recommend you ask him to visit the flicks with you or to a cafe to work out how he acts. you could invite different acquaintances in case you do not want it to look as though a date. as quickly as you're out with him, spending greater time with him you will locate how he acts. If he exhibits you various of interest and is going out of his thank you to the touch you, then you understand he likes you.

go for it, it never hurts to try :) and you know work on different shifts so it shouldn't be that big of a deal if things do not work out.
