Is it possible to install skylights in a cellar without anyone escaping?

    Hypothetically, you would have to be VERY VERY careful, make sure all bondages are extra tight and a blindfold would help a bit...also make sure you put metal bars over said skylights once they are installed so they don't try to break them out and escape.

    If the ceiling is high enough and there's nothing for them to stand on or break the glass with (especially if it was bulletproof glass).

    Assuming this is an outdoor cellar, of course. If it's like a basement you'd be installing skylights in your floor.

    Yes i find the best way to keep people in/out is to put a metal cage or bar around the window, so no one can get in or out. But you would still run the risk of someone escaping... you might want to then use chains to secure things that can move.

    Dig a straight shaft down to the cellar with motion activated flamethrowers. Then, place a metal cap on the exit and Ill sleep on it.

    yes. use a gas to knock them out. then go down with a mask on.
