Star Trek Star Fleet Technical Manual First Edition hardback 1975?
Hello,
I saw a lot of these as paperbacks for sale but whats a fair price for one in very nearly new shape?
The one I am talking about is the very first ones published, not a reprint. I saw two on ebay recently for close to 90$ but they were visibly damaged. Any suggestions?
Yes I know they sold a lot of these but this one seems to be near original. Why do trekkies like these as the story is not even there just a lot of details about the star ships, tools and uniforms?

True "Trekkies" want everything authentic that has anything to do with Star Trek.
As for the value of your book, it's difficult to say without examining the condition. THere are copies for sale at alibris.com for over $150.00 http://www.alibris.com/booksearch?cm_sp=narrow*mid...
and
There are two " very good" copies of it available from Amazon for around $15.00.

e-Bay prices can get out of reason if more than one person is bidding and really wants the item. But this book does seem to have the potential for a value of at least $100.00 if it's as good as you say.
