-4p-8+8=2p-2-7p+15

-4p=-5p+13

p=13

9/25 = p/125

125 * 9/25 = p

p = 5 * 9 = 45

subtract 6 (-2=2x)

divide by 2 (x=-1)

2. distribute 7 on right side to n+1 to get 5n+7=7n+7-2n

add like terms to get 5n+7=5n+7

n can equal any number

3.distribute to get -4p-8+8=2p-2-7p+15

add like terms -4p= -5p-13

add 13 to left and add 4p to the right to get 13=-p

p=-13

4. are you asking to evaluate problem 3 with with nine? if so:

-4(9+2)+8=2(9-1)-7(9)+15=

-36=-32
