ive met this really beutiful girl about a month ago, she is good at sports smart, and she always laughs at my crap jokes, smiles at me, looks into my eyes when she talks to me, started a really long period of question like...whats your favorite...what sports do you play...i think she is way out of my legue...she also complimented my siver and asked me to give her my sweatshirt which i so idiotically missed her point on...she been in my middle school since 6th grade ...should i ask her out???how???

Or you can always be heartbreakingly cute and tell her you really like her and want to her out sometime.

hey, don't worry about a girl being out of your league! she may think the same about you :)
just give it a go. i think you have a good chance.
you could do it over a note -if you're feeling shy that could be cute (just make sure she get's it)
a more confident way would be going right up to her and asking.

in basic terms ask her how she is doin and maybe ask if u opt for 2 do something relaxing 2gether there's a gaggle of issues 2 say its no longer incredibly that complicated and in basic terms ask her if each little thing is goin happy with there existence? LOL LOL
