Why is it when I try to go straight to an in voting question for a tiebreaker I get resolved questions?
I.m trying to get open questions for voting in the tiebreaker section.

The Yahoo system for moving questions from "in voting" to "resolved" burps every so often. It is a glitch they have ever been able to fix. You just have to page through the "in voting" tab until you find the question you seek.

One reason is like this question you posted it 10 hours ago I received it 10 minutes ago at 7:47pm 1/28/10

that means someone got ther befor you and it was resolved
