Once you get your money, pull it out and open a new account with a different bank and then talk to a few attorneys who will take your case on contingency and file a large law suit against HSBC for fraud and for coercion or whatever else applies. You cannot allow these financial institutions to use these mafia tactics on you especially in a time of your personal financial crisis. You have one hell of a law suit but just make sure that the sun doesn't go down on your anger as you need to hammer this bank just so they cannot do this to you in the future or to anyone else.
