Would you consider Ghostface's rap style "abstract"?

I'm not sure if I would call it abstract. There is no question his style is a mixture of free association & stream of consciousness. Similar to RZA. But does that fit the textbook definition of abstract?

Can you give me examples of other abstract rap artists?

Update:

What about Kool Keith.......is he abstract?

Not really. He's not the most conventional emcee, but with abstract art of any kind, the artist has to reinterpret it to the point where observers almost question whether it even falls within the realm of that art or if it's a new form of art all together. I wouldn't place Ghostface in that category. Anybody that hears him would easily identify him as a rapper.

EDIT: Kool Keith is a tough call. He's definitely an abstract lyricist. Ghostface has a lot of songs that fall into the category of abstract lyricism as well, but not to the extent of Kool Keith. Kool Keith raps over a lot of abstract production. He's the main influential figure that led to abstract hip hop. However, his flow and delivery aren't usually abstract. Overall, I think there are enough abstract factors in his music that I'll say yes to Kool Keith.

This begs the question what's track? My definition of track is organised sound. Rap and Hiphop very a lot matches this classification, it in simple terms focusses extra on rhythm than melody. There are also gadgets in hiphop - the full party of a hiphop crew that makes use of authentic gadgets is The Roots. besides the undeniable fact that in case you quite desire an party of 'sing-music' rapping, seem no further than Otha Fish, by using the Pharcyde. remarkable song.

No. Busdriver is abstract. Ghostface is definitely unique, but in a way that takes other factors to an extreme.
