Other than voting against all other maps that come up, you would have no way of picking which map you play on XBL.

The maps are randomly selected, you don't get to choose. It may sound harsh, but just learn how to play all of them.

P.S. estate isn't the only good map for nuke. Try Rust on the very top. Highrise and rundown are also good maps.
