I'm so confused and aggrivated.. why do friends have to be this way?
I've been friends with this girl named Sarah for almost 8 years. When we began middle school, we slightly grew apart and we each got new best friends, she has Ally, I have Taylor.
Just yesterday, my best friend Taylor comes up to me and says, "Sarah says you're acting like a b**ch." She told me all of the details, and I believed her, because she has never lied to me.
Then on the bus, I told Sarah that I as upset with her. She said she didnt do anything and ignored me the rest of the way.
Today, Sarah goes up to Taylor and says, "Your best friend Adriana is a b**ch and I hope she dies.."
I'm so confused and hurt.. what do I do?
Ok, this is for Jessica:
Look, Taylor would never lie to me, she is me best friend. Sarah would not be jealous of me and Taylor, because she always ignores me to hang out with her friends.

If she's saying things like that, surely she isn't your friend. Even though you've been friends for 8 years, sometimes things just don't work out. You're hurt, but that doesn't mean you can't overcome it.
Try to patch things up; if all else fails, you're better off without her. You have a good head on your shoulders.

You know what? Just ignore it. They have nothing better to do than say mean things about you, and she's putting you down because she's not happy with herself. Don't let it get to you though, if you keep cool and don't start rumors or call her a b**ch back, then eventually let it pass. If it doesn't stop,talk to her when there's a friend around. Obviously she's intimidated by you because she can't say it to your face.

uhh...
well 1) ur friend taylor could have lied to u because she was feeling jelous therefor thats y sarah ignored u because she thought that taht was a mean thing to say, so then u should apologize
2)maybe sarah said that beacuse she thought you werent spending enough time with her
3)someone could hve told sarah something about u that made sarah hate u.
but really u should just talk to her and tell her that ur confused and u want to fix this

We'd need to know her the way you know her.. maybe she is lashing out at people because she is hurting inside. Who knows maybe she is a mean person.. is she?
