Yes, they are a very talented band. I recommend those only familiar with "Use Somebody," "Sex on Fire," and "Notion" listen to their earlier albums. They weren't always so polished and U2-esque; their sound used to be more electric and rough-hewn. Youth & Young Manhood, their debut, is a full-on assault of grit and intensity.

My favorite song is Revelry. I loooove the Kings of Leon. I'd say they had the best album of the year, fo sho.

I like Closer. Of course I like the big hits like Use Somebody and Sex on Fire too, but I love the sounds of Closer.

I wouldn't say I'm a "fan" because I don't own any of their albums or know any of the names of their songs... but one of my sons likes them a lot and I've liked what I've heard.
