My Baby boy has been sleeping late now.. help?
Okay, ever since new years, he's been sleeping veryyy late, at 1am. and he doesn't wake up til almost 12 pm.
I've been trying to wake him up earlier.
I woke him up at 9:30 am today, he just got pissed, ate and took a nap.
I wanted him to stay awake but i felt bad cuz he looked so tired.
How can I fix his sleep schedule without forcing him to stay awake all day?
I'll probably be getting a job soon and going to cosmo school, i wouldn't want to stay up late. My boyfriend will be playing gigs at around 8pm-12pm almost everyday, so yeah.
Give me some advice please.
he's 5 months btw

You need to start slow please. Start by putting him to sleep 30 mins earlier, and do that a few days! Then make him sleep 30 mins early again, and continue!

You've got to make him to go sleep earlier if you want him to get up earlier. It will be tough the first night because he may not be real tired if he slept until lunchtime. I would suggest that on the first night you do not let him nap in the evening at all, and you should have an easier time putting him down when you want him to. Give him a big meal, change him, and put him down with a pacifier. You'll probably have to keep giving him back the paci for a while until he falls asleep, but once he does fall asleep he'll likely sleep through the night. The next day, wake him up when you want him up. You just have to insist. Do make sure he's getting about 14 hours of sleep every day total (between nighttime and naps) or he's not going to be a happy camper!

only be useful you start up making his atmosphere calm approximately half-hour till now he would desire to be sound asleep. toddlers won't consistently visit sleep whilst they unavoidably would desire to. you will desire to help them alongside. attempt takin ghim right into a funky dark room and making a song or rocking him to sleep. supply him a heat bottle or breastfeed him. Pat his lower back stroll around with him. There a ton of issues you're able to do!

ever since i had some guests over that one night last week, and they stayed till 11pm, mine has been struggling with her sleep cycle.. some are like that, you and i are the chosen ones.. lol
keep getting him up early. he'll nap anyway, he's still too young, but eventually it'll go back to normal..
