Mars.

Tonight it's Mars. Jupiter is still visible in the west, as soon as the sun sets. But Jupiter is now setting shortly after the sun.
Mars will be visible for quite a few nights, even after the moon moves away from it. Mars is dramatic now because the bright full moon is masking all of the nearby stars, so Mars is the only thing we can see.

Mars can easily be distinguished from Jupiter by its color. Mars is a reddish orange, about like the color of its landscape as photographed from the surface by the rovers.
