3-4-3 Can this formation be disaster for Juventus?

Zach loves this formation and will not change it. Melo and Sissoko are not good enough to play midfield together for Juventus and Del Piero is largely finished. Big changes are required in the summer and a rebuilding process must begin.

It actually depends on what formation opposing teams would use against Juventus.

My personal view is that 3-4-3 will be very vulnerable to fast counter-attacks as the defense is too thin, opposition using wingers could easily feed the ball in for their forwards/strikers.

If Juventus were to play a 3-man defense system , I would suggest they play 5 in midfield and 2 upfront.

3-1-4-2 or 3-4-1-2. This would allow the midfield to support the defenders whenever there's a counter-attack by the opposition.
