yes i think blonde will work for you, but maybe a darker shade of blonde, dont go bleach blonde :D

Because you appear to be pink-based (your skin tone), you should avoid golden blonde shades, as they will intensify the pink (Aka your hair and skin would clash)

since your eyes are blue blonde would be a good color if it was a dirty blonde and dont do bleach blonde because then it might look washed out.

I think light brown or chestnut brown is better for you. Blonde will only make you look washed out while light brown will make you look gorgeous.
