How do I sign up to sell Avon and how much do I make selling it?

You can sign up to sell at www.startavon.com using the reference code JEBY. For $20 Avon sends you the start up kit, which includes 20 Avon books and you receive information of whom to contact locally for help and support, if you can find a rep where you live they can sign you up as well. As an Avon rep you also sell Mark.

As a new Rep you make 40% off your first 4 campaigns(about 2 months time) if the orders are $50 or larger and you submit them online. After that here is what we can make:

Sell Avon

Avon is good to sell, but you have to sell a LOT of it to make it worth the time or effort. Have you considered any other direct selling companies?

with Mary Kay for instance you make 50% from every product you sell. It isn't based on how much you sell or what items are purchased - 50% profit ALL the time. There are no minimum order to place, and you are not required to purchase inventory to get started.

Unlike Avon, the catalogs for MK only come out 4x per year which is great because you aren't having to buy new ones every couple of weeks to stay current.

Some people don't even know it - but MK has an entire Men's line of skin care products and colognes, so your target market is just as big as with Avon.

With Avon you earn a commission on your sales, so if you don't sell anything you don't make anything. You also need to pay for your catalogs every 2 weeks and your website.

Avon is a well-known and respected company and has lots of products, but there are also a ton of other reps to compete against for customers which can make it difficult to make sales.

Before you decide, you might want to look and compare Avon with other companies who use independent reps to market their products. Many have a higher profit margin and fewer reps to compete against for business.
