How to Lose Baby Belly Fat?

I had a kid in the year of 2000 and I kept myself out of shape until now. I am trying to get back into shape, and I am making excellent progress! There is some stubborn Baby Belly fat that doesn't want to come off. Is there any other woman who had this problem after having children? If so, how do I go about getting rid of this baby belly fat? how long does it take to lose the belly fat? I have been working at it for three weeks now. I also got myself on a no carb, lowfat diet. Can anyone help me on this? Thank You so Much!

    I am not a woman but I know about losing weight. Losing weight has got to be one of the hardest things to do. In order to lose the weight you must do some cardio(running, jogging,bicycle,swimming,sports) or calisthenics(push ups,sit-ups,chin ups[this will also help you gain muscle]). Try eating as many vegetables and fruits as you can. You can never really know how long it will take to lose the fat because everyone has a difference body gene. Some people gain muscle a lot faster than others. As long as you keep at it im sure you will do a good job.

    eat a rainbow of colors have at least one brightly colored fruit or vegetable in each meal and if appropriate eat the skins thats where youll find a powerhouse of antioxidants
