i wonderr if somehow you could empty the fragrance out of a plug in, and then fill it with a bottle of the cologne. maybe that would workk.

You can't. The way they keep the store smelling like that is pumping perfume in the air constantly.

you can't. abercrombie & fitch has their perfume dispensed throughout the store constantly.

spray it on a ceramic scenting tile, you can buy them in places that sell oils for that sort of thing, it absorbs the smell and keeps it for longer than most surfaces. :)
