what is your favorite add in to "convenience" foods to give a homemade touch?

like when using manwich or making sloppy joes,adding 1 cup of shredded zucchini to beef is browning then proceed as usual

    I often add chopped cooked chicken and veggies to a prepared packaged pasta Alfredo.

    I add ground beef, sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms, and Parmigiana cheese to a jar of spaghetti sauce.

    Browned hamburger to nacho cheese sauce for dips.

    How much more "convenient" can that be, lol.
