Looking for 5 acres of owner financed land in WY?

I an only seem to find massive plots of land in Wyoming, and I am only interested in a much smaller parcel, only around 5 acres. All the criteria I have is that I'd like it to be wooded, and preferably owner financed. If you know where I can find such a piece of land, or someone who would be willing to sell me only a portion of a much bigger piece, that would be extremely helpful!
