HELP! making a list of vacation expenses?
Me and my roommates are in college.. we are plannin on goin to panama city florida for spring break.. We are tryin to set up a budget with a list of all our expenses..We need help thinkin of some other expenses besides food, hotel, and gas PLEASE HELP!

are you flying? factor in gas as more than it is right now- .25-.50 more. if you are flying, you will need a rental car. look at several different websites for the cost of hotel- they will all be different. you have food, do you have toiletries- like makeup that you way want (someone's going to forget), sunscreen that you will need. how about souvenirs? the bar? trust me, the bar won't be cheap- we're talking 5-7$ for the cheap drinks. what will you do all day? lay on the beach? you may want to go to an amusement park, or a water park, or something.

You can spend a lot on drinks. So, I would allow a little extra for drinks. If you like tours you may want to take a formal tour to get the lay of the land. If you go into some kind of live entertainment event you may want to add a category for admission tickets. Also, charges to play golf or anything else you may choose like games and slot machines.
