Our advice would be to take the train as Belgian trains services are fast, reliable, comfortable and comparatively cheap. Trains leave Luxembourg City hourly at 20 minutes past each hour for Bruxelles-Central. The journey time is around three hours.

Brussels may be the capital of Belgium and is the key seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you wish to know it then this is actually the place hotelbye . Brussels is an amazingly little, easy-going, and human-sized town for all its importance. Unlike anthers town using their millions of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's main economic and educational centre, gives the town a far more workaday experience than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you'd choose to go to, you will get a correct feel for Belgian life, especially its great cafe and café culture. Though Brussels may possibly not need the star attractions of different Belgian neighborhoods, the capital has plenty of to keep visitors occupied for a couple of days with a clutch of world-class museums and art galleries, in addition to quirkier sights such as the Atomium, and some amazing remnants of previous architecture in the previous town quarter.

Yeah, take the train. Reliable, fast... I was there in the 80s and 90s. We got everywhere in Europe.
PS be careful, "Bruxelles-Midi" is not Brussels Central. Ask around.
