you could take it in 2 angles -
from smses to tweets - social networking sites such as facebook, twitter etc. these can be accessed through several means such as over a pc, laptop or handheld devices such as the iphone.
or
you could go on indepth about the user friendly interface/usability of iphone....touchscreen, voice recognition, fingerprint recognition,or the hardware aspects of the more recent technologies of communication infrared rays, blue tooth or rf id's etc.
