What did he mean when he said "no comment" easy 10 points?

He meant, "no comment". Do you really want to hear about all the reasons he's in love with someone besides you??? He doesn't think so either. Guys are really much simpler than girls give us credit for.

No Comment mean not to be tied town and have the freedom to see others. he did and does still love her. but still don't wont to be tied down to just one woman.

Probably just meant that he didn't really know exactly what he felt for his girlfriend yet, and don't take it the wrong way. You don't want to cause any unnecessary arguments.
